The metaverse has changed quite a bit since the last time I have made my presence known. The Galactic Guardians are on top working towards 1 billion points. The Diplomats are in second with not as many points but with a greater number. Things I once took for granted no longer hold their sway, it is indeed a different metaverse. One where the likes of me can no longer find his place. I am here now to announce my retirement, I have put so many good times into this game and it's community. I may stop in from time to time and revisit some of our greatest triumphs while laughing at our greatest failures. I may return as soon as I find where my AP went but until then I will stay with what I know best. I have returned in full-force to an online FPS game that you all may or may not know, called Day of Defeat. I also picked up a new strategy game, called Rise of Nations, and have found that it, too, has taking up so much of my time just as Galactice Civilizations once did. I will gladly stay as a member of the Diplomats and if I may, reserve the title of "Diplomatic Enforcer". So many people have changed and so many new faces, it is too much for an old man like myself (in game terms, considering I am only a college student) that it is time that I retire. Good luck, my fellow Diplomats and Galactic conquerers.

RoN is a great game, I was playing it before this. There is actually an expansion out for it now.

The Renegade opens slowly the bar's door, strange he says to himself, no one soul in sight. Well, it is time to return to the spaceport.
He lifts his eyes and sees the old bell hanging from the main pole that runs across the ceiling, he reaches up and with a strong movement makes the bell ring like in the old times when used to ring aboard his ex-diplomatic ship.
