Icho. All you need is for one of the existing senate members to 'sponsor' your wish to become an honorary member. They will ask for a senate vote on your wish. If the senate say yes, you will be gladly given the title of Honorary Diplomat

As part of the empire elections i have altered the empire logo to show one of the fine designs submitted by Kazzryl as part of his election manifesto. I think you will agree with me that it is a great design. More logos to come from the other candidates as and when they submit them
