Pretty large, but you can make it up fairly quickly.

Just look at the Guardians, and think where were they at when they started. I remember them when they were |----| high, wouldn't even come up to your knee. 
Anyone who is properly motivated, and has FAR too much time like those guys do  can do anything. For the rest of us motivated people, we will plod along to our destiny, but we will always achieve it, as long as you know you can.
