And I appear to have started an intersting converstation following an interesting question from the spymaster in the Inter-Empire Political Discussion Thread

It is interesting indeed. Well, Gerakken of old was quite into these kind of discussions and he is mostly back now. And I have this nasty nature of not being terribly politically correct. My motto is: sacred cows belong in India, so they are just dinner to me.

May the vegans and the Hindus forgive me and I hope I drive no one too far off the deep end.

thanks, abt, the one thing i was most apprehensive about in opening that topic is mostly the people who just might come on and say something like "F****** homo lover, F**'s are sick and your just as bad cause you support them" i really can't stand that ignorant and hateful tripe!

Marquesa, try to get your games to last past 2190, go for huge maps and in the tech tree past the Evolution Control tech and you must sure will be close to 60K or 60K.

Well, don't forget that as member of Diplomat empire, we need to avoid flame wars. But I think that we are allowed to participate in heated discussions as long as we respect the others in our posts.

I don't think his repsonse was limited. His view may be limited to his very strict beliefs, but his response was extensive in articulating those beliefs. (like someone who has been mocked for long posts, eh?

). I thought he was very clear in presenting his views, even if I do not agree with him.

Anything to do with American foreign policy, Israel or religion would get me worked up and into trouble.

I did all that and colonised all the resources.
It stubbornly refused to go past 42K.

I was playing the vanilla Gal Civ.
Now I have AP I wll give that a go.
