Couple of questions this morning:

What does one do with their survey ship after all contacts have been made? I play small maps, so the bonuses are usually all gone by the time all contacts have been made.

With the latest version of AP, does one get more points if they build up their military before end game?

Where is everybody?

On the survey ship, when it runs out of stuff, I have it explore the entire map on a small map, on big ones, I just destroy it. I don't have a use for it usually.

If the Survey Ship has built up enough attack points, it can be used to take out trade routes and it can be used as an early warning outpost.

Pity you cannot get bc's by disbanding a ship on a planet.

Don't know about the points question.

Ok, another weird problem. I guess it might be caused by the number of people dling Political Machine, but is anyone else having a problem with SDC shutting itself down after something like 10-20 secs?

Well, I am in a pretty much pointless class, except for that we have computers. The only way I get to talk at school, except for my English teacher, who doesn't care, as long as I listen while I am on here. But they are both on the same day on a rotating day schedule.

In my large lecture classes, I would sit in the back, turn my recorder on, put on my walkman, and go to sleep.

Remind me to try that this fall.
