Not less than a hundred yards to my left, a hungry moose was ecsatic with delight, screaming something about never going hungry again. Strange. |

Very nice Takodoe.

Takodoe take a look at this Link There is a basic strategy that I use when playing Tiny/Maso/Rare/tight.
Somewhere in this forum I posted my strategy for tiny/rare/tight maso. But the search engine for this forum sucks and I can't find it. I only play the tiny game because my computer is extremely slow. I can get a game finished in about 2 hours if I am lucky. Some people that play large/huge MASO are able to get them finished in less than an hour. I have heard rumors that there is a strategy that can get a game finished in about 1/2 hour. I do not believe it but ... you never know.
Personally, I still find that a game with the AI selected to give NORMAL skill level is more challenging than any other type of game. My reasoning is I like war and not diplomacy. When playing this game I do not trade or culture bomb. I fight with everyone. Sometimes they surrender or offer bribes. I feel this is more fun than the wimpy style of culture/diplomcy and trading them to death. So the question is why do I play MASO? right now I do find it challenging and I am starting to get into battles. There is a bit of luck in winning due mostly to a good start.
Perhaps I will return to normal every once in a while to get that true military victory feeling.

Yes, I am back from my vacation and I am very tired. I may play a game tomorrow but I have a lot of RL and outdoor work todo.
Congrates to Technician on his first place position

After this day........there would be no more Molsen Breweries on Earth....... |

Say it ain't so ...
Newf goes to the crypt fridge puts the last 27 cases and 1 bottle of Canadian under lock and key.
Installs the life size hologram of a drooling Damoose outside the door. This special hologram recylces once every 4.5 hours. That should fool everyone.
The sensor will also detect if the real damoose enters the room and turn off the hologram. Thus no one will ever know if it is a hologram or a damoose patrolling.
Newf then proceeds to the BioEngineering department with one Molsen Canadian and commands them to reverse engineer the recipe or become SNACKS

Special bulletin:
Be aware that some unscrupulous characters are relabelling Bud light to look like Molsen Canadian. Rumour has it that the people doing this heinous deeds are Weyrleader and Exhalted Druid. Perhaps this is a shameless attempt to further demoralize the CSF for snack attempts on their persons.
The CSF can not be blamed for SNACKing for it is our nature and a beer soaked snack with its back turned is ... well ... a tempting sight!

Weyr quickly picks the lock on the fridge (those undead don't know a thing about locks |

True, very true, but we do know snacks and what makes people want them!
Damoose sent me a private email and changed the location of the beer. Then he stole your stash of bud light that was disguised as Molsen Canadian and put 27 cases plus 1 beer in the lockup.
We do not mind you drinking stuff that even gives Labatt Blue a good name!
