I think that stardock will only update v1.21 and AP v1.51 if there are bugs to be squashed. I am pretty sure that they do not want to be distracted by anything that would take them away from GC 2.

Anyone here finish the AP campaign? I am on mission 7 I think. I started playing on Sunday.

I like the missions although I am playing on normal. Will the campaign score be added to my submissions?

Yes.

I haven't played any campaigns. Never say any point to them really. Just doesn't feel like AP lends itself to campains very well. Just my personal opinion however. I wonder how many sumissions have been campains?

Well my score in the campaign is climbing but not very good. I am now on mission 7, how many missions are there to this campaign?

Damoose, let me say that the campaign is a refreshing change to my normal style of play. I have enjoyed it.

Also last week when I played a game on a medium map with the AI set to normal I immensely enjoyed that game as well. I came out the agressor from the start and beat up 4 of the majors. That game (which I submitted) was a low scoring game but was more fun than any of the MASO/Crippling games I have played.

At lower levels of AI you have more choices of how to play the game. I feel that at crippling and MASO the bonuses (cheats) that the AI has dictate a certain style of play.

Yes, I agree. Maso has it's own style. Crippling was the most fun for me personally.

I tend to agree with this assessment. The scenarios on the other hand have been, for the most part, very enjoyable.

Congrats Newfy on your election to the honorary Guardians!

The canadian people are a silly bunch. The maritimers (eastern canada) keep voting the liberals into power.

Yeah right. The Maritimers don't usually have enough votes to decide anything. They have a long history of being screwed by the Federal government too.

Oddly enough, the province that gets the sweetest deal, is, and almost always has been Quebec. Yet, they're the one that wants out the most.

I agree completely and made this point several times when they were talking about the feautures of AP. Especially when they talked of dropping more important things like new AI, ships, etc...

Morning, Damoose I installed a Object Desktop theme.

So I get thing like a weather object telling me the weather in France, A links object to some French sites. I still to this day have not found a way to edit objects. The DesktopX program would me great if people could find out how to use it.

I am playing through the AP campaign for the first time. I am on the last mission and it looks like it will be easy compared to the previous one.

I have no doubt that I will stop playing campaigns and scenarios after this and stick to the core game.

I would have perfered to have more AI changes and improvements in other areas.

And another thing, this week I have not submitted any games because I have been doing the AP campaign. My metaverse score has almost reached 700K. I think that I have gained almost 25K this week since my last submission. Everyday I have a slight jump in score.

The metaverse works in mysterious ways.

True, I guess my point was they keep doing it to themselves by voting in the liberals who keep screwing them over.

Is it widget or an object. With objects you can edit the script. Just right-click and choose edit script. You also need to be in developer mode in DesktopX.
