Thanks very much Bam Bam, and RB in general. I now have gotten direct help from two RBers today. Nice to see you guys more talkative.

All right. I just bit and upgraded to Drengin.Net. I'll need to send a note to sales to have my pre-order cancelled I guess.

And Boss... Tech... You guys are to blame.

damoose. They are pretty quick with the cancellation. In fact, they cancelled mine out even before I signed up for Drengin.net.

I didn't think my comments were exactly of the type used in advertisement.

"I guess it's worth it..."

Ah but to a Canadian, that is powerful advertisement.

If something is worthwhile to a Canadian, they come in droves. BTW, when do we get Political Machine?

That's very close to... 'whatever'

I can't find it anywhere anymore, but I thought I read a beta in Feburary. Time is running out on that front.

I spoke too soon... From their website...

The game is currently in internal alpha and will be released in May of 2004. The beta should be available in mid March.

Oh no in the middle of clone wars...this might distract some of us.

I played alot of Corporate Machine back when and allthough it is pretty simplistic i still liked it alot. If PM has got just a little more depth i'm bound to spend alot of time on that too.

Along with GalCiv it might keep more occupied for the next year - who knows - i might never by a game from another company

I think I've bought about 8 since I bought GalCiv, but there aren't many I'm still playing regularly.

The only game I've bought since GalCiv is Altarian Prophecy, and now that I've played a game, I know why you guys enjoy it so much. First game took my score up 10000 points. Hehehe.

Ah, we're now only 8000 nehind RB. Of course, soon they will likely notice and get one of the aforementioned people without a life submitting two 60,000 point games a day again!

That's cause he knows he has members that resemble that remark.

After 3 failed (quick) attempts at a Huge Universe, I switched to Large and kicked ass...

Although late in the game when it didn't matter, I pulled off some pretty stinky cheese.

The Torians last planet revolted to some minor race. On the last turn before they left, I offered them 11000 credits per year for 50 years, for all of his tech (4-6 high level techs), 2 trade goods, and about 15 sovereigns. Of course, I only had to pay the first installment.

Wow. That IS some stinky cheese!

Hey Boss... I just suggested over in the MWC thread that the name of our alliance for the Clone Wars should be 'The Alliance'.

Did you have something else in mind? Or any of the other CSF overlords for that matter.

I humbly suggest the members of the Canadian Star Federation are in need of a rest. It's been a tough month for you guys and a nice relaxing rest over the weekend would be nice, wouldn't it?

So...have a couple of good beers, replay some great hockey match-ups and maybe catch up with your wives this weekend! You'll really appreciate the rest!

A public service announcement from The Galactic Guardians, an equal opportunity empire! Equal opportunity=give the Guardians a chance to catch up to you guys!
