what do you mean by RL ? I have seen you use that and another acronym

And as LW mentioned RL... Real Life. RW is Real Wife. Some times they indistinguishable but most of the time RW is more important than RL.

Back at work, doing my day job.

Browsing our thread.

Got a few games in last night.

Last game was a long game lasted a good 3 hours.

It was the type of game I like a controlled a good 1/4 of the galaxy before I seen my first major.

Of course with all the systems I had the game was in the bank.

Funny thing about Aliens have 4 or 5 systems you play almost the whole game as the slave race. When you a have Excalibar and they have a few Dreads then they want to be friends.

I often wonder Aliens prey on all the weak races how does a major race with only 2 or 3 systems makes it through the game. Last night I meet the Dominion of Korx for example they had 2 or 3 systems they bent them selves out of shape to be my friend.

If I have 2 or 3 systems, I have 2 or 3 major races sending battleships and combat transports over for a visit.

At maso... I think it's all the boni. At least until mid-game when the other AI or I take them over. Some of the Starting minors last well in to mid-game sometimes as well.

Kinda funny how they continuously have cash to rush buy wonders and such. Also how they can be 1,000s of BCs in the red yet be pumping out excals every other turn.

I know devs say the AI doesn't cheat, but... they are way too d&mn efficent for me sometimes.

Still working on my current game. Started out with 5 systems and got whipped by the AI. Went back and invaded the Drengin, got 5 more systems and then things start to turn aournd for me.

Of course some games... it's like I can do no wrong. Those are the ones I like the best.

He went to ANZAC. Evil will be disbanding his empire on the 25th.

You know with the Anzac empire disbanding. Maybe we should think of switching our Empire to a Commonwealth Empire. Then instead of only drawing from Canada, we could also draw from the UK, Australia, New Zealand as well! Not to belittle the other members of the Commonwealth of course.

The Commonwealth idea may make sense.

Try doing more with less. After I get Dred Tech I stop research spending completely. Usually by this time I have five constructors at each AI system. If a major AI seems to be getting too strong along the way I Greldonize 'em. Then I just cruise to 2190 and Boom!
