Today I have tried to submit 2 different games and the metaverse is no longer accepting my submissions. I have a game in progress if it does not accept that game I think I will take a break for awhile from the game. I will still be present here though.

A note on maso games under 3 hours:
It isn't really difficult. The difficult thing is to
keep the formula.
one thing first: the faster way to achieve lots of points is to make an alliance victory on January 2190.
What are the thing that make turn longers:
- all the animations that you watch (explosion, AI battle, following any ship)
- having lots of thing to do. Since the governor help you with build queue, there is only one thing left: ships, since anytime you build a ship you go to the planetary screen. And having lots of ships to move take time.
Since you are aiming for an alliance victory, you could go for a no military game, where you build only colony (for the land grabing phase) and freighters (to ensure trade route to nearest AI and then to all AI for diplomatic values).
Trade is the key on larger maps since it allows you on rare setting an income that could 2x or 3x your taxes income. And ensuring wars between AI that were trade partner help a lot to augmente the trade routes with the AI and help the associated diplomatic value.
