Pirates' Log, Page 24: The Black Pearl prepares the upcoming Clone Wars, rearming and refitting. The bars are full of potential recruits. They just need to know we are the ones who can treat them right. Sail free, sail proud!

Cool. Take a stab at it once in awhile. Or just try raising 1 alien up (Yor) and leave the rest down That's what I did. Then I raised 2. (yor, Drengin) then 3. (yor, Drengin, arcean) etc.

I will save the Yor for last.. they have the uncanny luck to either die first or become very powerful and an annoyance.. along with those goody goody minors who ally with them and force me to uhh.. 'pave' another intergalactic highway.

Cap'n's log, page 24. The wonderful city of Tortuga is bustling with Sex, Booze. Pirates, Briggands, Scallywags and the like. Never has such an armada of ships been in it's harbor.

The Black Pearl, The Doom with it's new Organic Armor and personality. The Scimitar with its Cobra Attack Fighters. The Korg, The Combat Transports including the Botany Bay with it's Genetically modified soldiers. The Dauntless, the Interceptor. All were anticipating battle. But now was a time to Celebrate.

Drink up me 'earties yo ho!!! For tomorrow, we Plunder!!!!!!

First, you are not normal. No one here is normal. We are all special, crazy, just plain weird, or a combination of the aforementioned.

What do you call the middle-of-the-road GalCiv junkie, though?

Hmm... maybe "typical" would be better than normal.

Very bad idea, indeed.

You already are beyond hope, my feathered friend. Afterall, they don't make you a veteran around here unless they are certain you are already past normality. But, to answer your question, a middle of the road junkie would be in a tight spot. They know too much to just walk away and too little to understand they are being drawn in closer and closer to being just as hopeless as the rest. It is an unforgiving cycle that cannot be broken without consequences.

Worse yet, some of us are condemned to walk these halls for months after the effects of Galciv (or any other single game) have worn off. It is a tragic fate for the most addicted. The Stardockians have a captive audience ensnared until they release their next game to once again keep the poor victims trapped.

Maybe it means we can handle the madness. You know - we gathered our courage, waded into the ocean of insanity, and stood our ground as the mind-altering waves crashed against us...

Of course, it could just mean that we've been exposed to the insanity virus, and we're fully contagious.

Meh. Either way, I'm happy.

Congrats, Cap'n Jack!

Actually it wasn't much. Took me two days at an hour of gaming time each. Boy that was easy. The I-league and the fundies totally decimated the entire board.

You mean as to allignment or difficulty?

Here's a good analysis of your average difficulty and your average allignment.

Go to the bottom and click on our empire. It will give us average allignment and difficulty. But it includes all games submitted even by the inactive players.

The alignment numbers in the old report in the original Major Empires thread are off by now for sure. The bulk of that report is accurate, though, but some more recent history has to be added and some minor points ammended. A revised report will have to be issued, but how soon I will get around to it I cannot yet say.
