It's called training... works both ways

If I did that I would still end up doing it but with a running commentary on what I was doing wrong to boot

Reminds me of the Simpson's episode where Homer imagines what he could do with two wives....Homer pictures himself in a hammock drinking a beer while his two wives chop wood and dig a hole.

Brilliant episode - thanks for the reminder

Hi, Arcilte!

Hello Theoden!

Hi Arcilte

Hello Exar!

I have off school and work today... but I have to write a paper that is due tomorrow. So I'll try to stop in some more today.

Ok... damn paper is done. I spent about 4 hours writing about the wrong thing. Then I found some book reviews and realized I was missing the whole point of the book. (A LOT of sybolism!) Glad that thing is done with. Now I'll be ready to go out tomorrow for St. Patricks day. HOOORAY TO GETTING DRUNK!

Ahh. The temperature is below freezing, there's snow on the ground, shool is delayed, and all is right with the world...

Some people get all the luck... Or is that the snow?

Okay, Jedi...it's time to send a wake up call through the Temple.

You guys are now in fifth place. However, you're only 69,303 points from the Euros in fourth. What are you waiting for? All you guys play one game tonight...that's all it should take! You can take another couple of days off after tonight's game if you want. But let's see some Jedi activity! I see several of you lurking around here...so I know you're still alive!

Just a friendly pep-talk from your neighborhood Guardian.

Well, some try to do so.

I'm posting in the little free time that I have but as most Jedi know my workoad is bloody stupid at the moment, over the past four days I have had all of 17 hours sleep at most and I am hanging

I'd love to; but it's St. Patrick's Day, so the family is over at Grandma's for dinner.

Meh. I've been in the doghouse for 10 years now. No need to try and get out now

Ah... Flowers!

Wives are like the devs. they've long since closed that 1 influence point loophole.

Luckily it still works with girlfriends though. I sent her a dozen roses yesterday and she was quite happy.

Okay, lets chase those inactivity blues away;

I phoned up a really gorgeous ex-girlfriend of mine the other day. We lost track of time, chatting about the wild nights we used to enjoy together.

I couldn't BELIEVE it when she asked if I'd like to meet up and maybe rekindle a little of that magic.

"Wow!" I said "I don't know if I could keep pace with you now! I'm a bit older and a bit balder than when you last saw me!"

She giggled and said she was sure I'd meet the challenge! "Yeah," I said, Just so long as you don't mind a man with a waistband that's a few inches wider these days!"

She laughed and told me to stop being so silly! She teased me, saying She thought tubby bald men were cute!

"Anyway", she said, "I've put on a couple of pounds myself!"

I hung up.

Okay, lets chase those inactivity blues away;

Now, that's the spirit!

Here's a little something from the Guardian's private stock of jokes...courtesy of our Court Jester, littlewotts!

First time on a Boeing

A blonde gets an oppurtunity to fly to a nearby country. She has never
been on an airplane anywhere and was very excited and tense.

As soon as she boarded the plane, a Boeing747, she started jumping in
excitement, running over seat to seat and starts shouting 'BOEING!
BOEING!! BOEING!!! BO....'.

She sort of forgets where she is, even the pilot in the cock-pit hears
the noise. Annoyed by the goings on, the Pilot comes out and shouts
'BE SILENT!'.

There was pin-drop silence every where and everybody is looking at the
blonde and the angry Pilot. She stared at the pilot in silence for a
moment and all of a sudden started shouting, 'OEING ! OEING!! OEING!!!
OE...'.
