You guys seem to be moving a bit slower that we are...

DOOKU!!! Duck for cover...Ashlyn Pax has been a commissioned operative for at least a year now

Come to think of it, the sibling rivalry potential here could be...very dangerous....

Now you are scaring me. That first child was blessed by the Godfather of GROSS, Captain Jack (in his previous incarnation) himself. What dirty tricks and alien trashing ways have been infused into the first one during the secret, booze soaked rituals even Senators were not privy to we might never know, but it could be quite a surprise when the later child receives SF training and the epic sibling battles begin. (Perhaps aided by a little extra advice from some friends of the family with Jedi in them.) It could turn out to be a legendary battle that could greatly disturb the Force!

Congrats, Cypherpax!

Just got A.P fellow members of SF. And the Guardians are in civil war!!!! The metaverse will once again tremble in fear before our nukes.

Guardians are in civil war

But, a war with a time limit.

#1105  by Citizen CypherPax - 6/3/2004 2:20:07 PM

Thanks for the congrats messages.

I don't think it would take much to start a serious rivalry with Ashlyn. She is sort of like Smeagol, constantly flipping between 'Nice baby' and wanting her sister to go away. Mrs. Pax and I have actually have to go around the house each night to be sure all the weapons and ordance are locked up.

Well, Phase One of the "dual citizenship" plan is underway. Phase Two, sadly, cannot commence until the mighty Iron Paw sobers up enough to check his email...

GoblinCookie, I may yet fire up the game once again. There's a few others in SF that post games from time to time, so you're not alone. And now that I have this wonderful, blank account, I can immediately jump to dropping 60K bombs. At that rate, I could pass my previous 100K total in just a handful of games.

Renegade, thank you for the sympathy - missed your post a few days back due to all of the festivities in the Jedi thread.

#1107  by Citizen Obi Wan Kenobi - 6/3/2004 7:55:40 PM

As my evil twin has successfully posted, this should indeed work...

#1108  by Veteran Samurai Ben - 6/3/2004 7:57:47 PM

Hmm. Apparently not. My screen is saying "Obi Wan Kenobi" in the login window, but the post is still "Samurai Ben." Might be an issue with those pesky IE cookies.

Looks like I'm already talking to myself here...

Edit: Yesssss...that's better.

Nah, Jedi always hear voices and say it is their old comrades or masters giving them advice. That's what they tell me, anyway. The Force is greater than distance or even death and all that.

Funny thing, a lot of the Jedi I see "communing with the Force" have had one too many psychedelic swamp grass beers. I admit there have been a few times *I* have seen the Jedi Masters of old return. Honorary Jedi training, or Gerakken having one too many of those beers as well? Hmmm. Next time, I hope one of the droids is around to give me some independent confirmation.

(Gerakken keeps an eye on the Obi Wan/Samurai Ben experiment.)

No need to use the cheap stuff for awhile. Captain Jack was shipping hard liquor to Coruscant by the truckload for the celebrations. Plus, Monkson (Dooku) and I stocked up at the SF Tavern before we went on hiatus.

FLASH - AH-AHHHHHH - KING OF THE IMPOSSIBLE!

Um...your request to join SF is not showing up on MY empire page, so I'm afraid I can't let you in - whoever you are. I assure you that I AM completely sober (now) so I think your efforts are probably giving the Stardock server a headache - we never really did sort out the Slitherin/Rainbird business.

Just a warning: the failsafes are activated, so which ever one of you tries to enter the compound had better know the correct password....

#1113  by Citizen Bakka - 6/6/2004 9:35:28 AM

Hey woolly one.. what failsafes?..

If you have really got em then you had better get them checked.
I mean I've managed to came in and put a beer on Hurl's tab for ages and I've never had any hazzles. Though the 50 blaster shots at once trick almost got the spymaster who was following behind me at the time.

#1114  by Citizen Wild Wombat - 6/6/2004 6:16:03 PM

Geez...and I thought Hurls was just having a rough time lately...

Double drat. I'll give it a day or so and try again.

Sure, but you could always save time and just ask Gerakken - he probably knows what's going on before we do.

Oi! Ya blasted h'opera lover, you seem to be responsible for enough intrigue...another split personality joins the ranks?

Hmm...maybe there's room for an empire of split personalities...
