Yes grammer.
Things like capital letters come at the beggining of sentances. The anzacian language seems to have completely opposing rules to english though.

Choose Your Own Adventure Booze Raid

~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~

It’s party time! Who would have thought these ruffians were such a swell bunch. After having a quarter of your cargo consumed, you realize you’re in no position to sail on to your original destination. The pirates give you a choice. You can either sail with them to their secret base or they’ll drop you off on the nearest habitable planet. What is your decision?

a) Drinking with rouges is one thing, but to actually become one goes too far. You hope the nearest planet has a respectable selection of booze. Go to post #60 in the NEW AND FIRST ALLIANCE TOURNAMENT thread.

b) You have to admit those pirates know how to drink and they’re snazzy dressers to boot. Throwing caution to the wind, you join their merry band. Go to post #352 in the Tortuga thread.

Looking through the list of empires I've noticed eight out of the twenty pages are full of empires that have no rank at all because nobody has submitted any games for them. I think that there emporers have all lost interest in the game and that any empire with no games submitted after say... three months should be wiped from existance as useless metaverse litter.

Well if there was any chance of a new empire getting noticed / started round here then maybe peeps wouldnt lose intrest. its not much fun when the only choice for any noobs is one of the top 10, the large empires walk all over any smaller empire with 'friendly' posts within thier thread 'steering' peeps in the right direction (like to there empire) and now that things empire are all in the one forum that will only get worse.

What about the Guardians? The Diplomats? The Centurions? They were all started not that long ago. People joined (noobs.. as you put it) and some defected and they made the Empires what they are.

Forgot the newest one... Pomarje.

As I said earlier no empire with games submitted ie their ranking is not N/A should ever be removed. It doesn't require any newbies to join you to sumbit a game.
It's obvious that their emperors have obviously got no interest in the metaverse what ever at for this reason are unlikely to miss their empires. They could still restart their empires if they regain their interest.

I go thirds with Aldars,
and seconds with "da Cookie",
The long history of da Metaverse is what it's all about, dead empires/players are a good thing, gives me a sense of history, and good to see a name now and then from when i first started scanning these boards and getting lot's of friendly help on how to play....
"shout-out" to RaytheWanderer" for all the help...

Actually all those were forged out of existing empires by players that have been around awhile.

I sort of disagree. In the case of the Diplomats, it was founded by a former Evil Empire member, but most of the other players are new to the game (relatively).

The same can be said of the Guardians. Many of us were new to galciv or to empires.
