Bump!

The weather has been dry and the farmers are hard at work planting the crops. We are a little bit worried about the lack of rain, tho.

Veteran Kasualkid, reporter Walkuku from Radio Spam want to do an interview to clear the rumors about your stay in Miami, we heard that you opened a chain of stores dedicated to sell agricultual products and machinery.

Is this statement correct?

Another question is what happened in the beaches of Miami when you were arrested for selling lawnmower equipment at the beach?

Did the police arrest all of you or were you send to the nut house?

Wow I am glad to see that we are still in the top ten. Life has pulled many of us in other directions lately. I will hopefully download the new update and get playing (some) again. Long live the MWC!

Hey! Look everybody! It's one of thost mythical MWCers that I've heard of!

#282  by Veteran Grand_Admiral_Thrawn - 5/30/2004 11:26:27 PM

They exist?

The MWC isn't really active, and I think they are in 10th place, but the standing are really distorted right now with the Guardians tournament, you should be in 9th. Like right now the Diplomats are in 8th, but we are really in 3rd, two of our members, totalling 2 million points are with the Guardians for the month.

The Gaurdians of Doom are distorting time and space, their evil is so pervasive it is warping the Meta! Looks like we need the good natured farmers of the MWC to rally and climb a bit up the chart again to defend their spot in the top 10.

Sorry Loth, Texas isn't the Midwest.

Heck, someone from Egypt could be in the Midwest if he joined the MWC. They haven't been too picky about geographic boundaries for a long time now. It is the spirit that counts. I just miss them a bit. What is a pirate's life without our most prominent old rival to challenge for control for all that is good (or evil) in the Meta?

All your base are belong to us!

For now, Gaurdians. Just for now. Time always ticks on. Us pirates are mean, rough, and tough enough to outlast Death itself to reclaim the Meta. (At least that is what Gerakken's version of GROSS propoganda says.)

Yeah, 'tis a pity. I've been stealing samples with ease. Nothing makes my job more boring when there are no traps or guards to evade at all.

(Gerakken brings some cold ones for the evil bat and the Guardian of Doom. May as well have a little party while we are here!)

~~takes jug from Gerakken, take a swish, throws a piece of popcorn into the air and catches it with his mouth~~

Cheers!

~~tells a midwest joke~~

Do you know why all the sunflowers face towards the east in Kansas?....because Missouri sucks.

Yeah, plenty of them. They once were filled with the anti-matter missiles of MWC Strategic Command, but most are empty now and unmanned. There hasn't been a scramble in ages and most of the tubes have never been reloaded since. There must be hundreds of silos to choose from.

Oooh! I know a good one to go to. Some sly farmboys reloaded it with a dummy missile so they could clean out the huge underground fuel tanks and refill them with moonshine they wanted to hide from the others. They were just good ol' boys manning the silos, and partying like there was no tomorrow when nobody else was looking. No wonder morale was always so high in that particular section. Let's go to our new bat cave!

Where did everybody go? I got hooked on Civilization III Conquests, then decided to wait until AP came out, and I return to find the Empire nearly dead. This is quite discouraging. I guess I'll have to do the work for my empire, and that won't be easy...I'm not Maso player, yet...

#299  by Citizen damoose - 6/25/2004 6:21:55 PM

Hey a real live farmer. Woot! Welcome back. Drop by the Graveyard.

And don't worry about maso. Just play. It's all about fun.
