Most hijackers can't spell, ABT. Guardians, you are amazing (now about the alliance we'll have for the alliance competition...)

Guardians, you are amazing

I'll take that as a compliment. Thank you.
You'll have to work something out with Theo about the alliance. I hope he's feeling better.

AmulekBird

If you still have that anomalous game, you should try resubmitting it to fix your score. If you have any planets that are PQ60+, just destroy those colonies before you resubmit.
HTH.

Thanks, Lothmorg. Cari's on the case to eliminate that score--decided not to "doctor" it. I appreciate the suggestion, though.

A personal question, what strategy are you using with your amazing performance the last few days? Terror star alpha strike?

Gerakken's spin on the news: Diplomatic observers are being sent to the Galactic Guardians empire in order to monitor the fast changing pace of events there. It is unknown if the Diplomats will be formally asked to send in military advisors in order train Guardian forces to better combat the guerilla forces of other empires trying to destabilize the Guardians or even if this will lead to an eventual direct intervention in the form of a Diplo-led police action. Needless to say, the Galactic Guardians are a flash point in a potential conflict that could reshape the top 10 as more and more empires get drawn into the fray.

Spin is right!

Terror star alpha strike?

Nah, I just keep them at each other's throats while I bide my time. Oh, and a fast computer helps.

#359  by Veteran Gerakken - 2/17/2004 2:35:45 AM

Oh, and 359 is a prime number as well. What? Why am I wasting time here in this thread in the middle of the night? Because here is where the action is! Or, should I say, where the action is going to be later!

*Gerakken sets up his long range sensors to monitor troop movements along the Guardian frontier.*

#360  by Veteran Terl - 2/17/2004 8:12:14 AM

Terl's time spent as a security chief for Intergalactic Mining and his further experience as an agent in the FoTRCTF and later MENSA, has taught him to be ever suspicious and cautious. The button cameras he had installed on the name badges given to the visiting diplomats had provided a wealth of knowledge, and, in some cases, some rather disturbing images better left unspoken of at this time.

While on patrol, his forces had detected the long range sensors put in place by someone, Terl was not sure who had set them. Once they were located he set up a nice looping program to send back false data to whoever had set the sensors in place.

Terl was not concerned with the intrusive Jedi as they were amusing entertainment for the staff with their silly little force parlor tricks and such. They were a nice bunch those Jedi, but some of the diplomats, well, they were another story. For it was not long ago that one diplomat had caused much trouble in Terl's previous empire. Yes, Terl would keep an eye on these diplomats in an effort to discover more on the wayward one....

Terl how are you doing today?

#364  by Veteran Theoden of Rohan - 2/17/2004 9:32:37 AM

Good morning, everyone!! Finally feel great! I can't believe I'm actually going to say this, but it's great to be back at work!!

It took me quite a while to catch up in our thread. It's great to see the activity and chat going on in here! Everyone is welcome to stop and have a drink in the Guardian's Grog, so come on in and stay a while.

The Guardians have made quite a statement in the last couple of days. Thank you all for everything. Now that I'm feeling better, I hope to update the website. Also, if anyone doesn't have access to our private forum yet, let me know and I'll take care of you right away! There are a couple of propositions which need everyone's input. Our private forums are found in the Diplomat's Senate Halls at this http://diplomats.galciv.org/forum/index.php Link but will only be viewable by Galactic Guardians members.

I also hope to get a Review out today but that might be a little optimistic as I've still got to catch up here at work, too!

I might need to be updated in this forum. Since he had me as an honorary diplomat I may have different permissions right now. I cannot see the thread you mention.

I am glad to hear you are feeling better. At least it wasn't Wormtongue again keeping you down

Just send a private mail (using the Senate Halls message center) to Spellforce, Alex or Kryo. It should do the trick.
