He scores! 400!
I just had to make sure those pesky Jedi didn't steal another one.

I find it crucial that the Carinoids and to a lesser extent, the Scottlingas survive for most of the game.

Indeed. That's usually my opinion, and I try to help keeping them alive. But thisd time, no choice: I had to take over the Carinoids, then the arcean took out every one else. Now there is me (with influence covering only 4 sectors: only the ones I have planets, I have 15 of them (and 4 star systems), in a rare map, due to a +13PQ event by the Drengin). The torians have 5 star systems, and about 6-7 influence sectors. The Arceans have everything else, the whole map around me is yellow. They're demonic and allied with the evil Torians. My 10 trade routes go to the Arceans just to keep relations cool. I can only spend about 48%, and nothing to trade since the Arceans have almost completed the tech tree.
I do miss these carinoids! If I'd known there would be that PQ event, I'd have protected them. But the Yor-Arcean-Torian alliance were about to invade, so I attacked. I think it's called saving the village by burning it to the ground...
Now things are real difficult because I must attack torians in a swift invasion and them turn my attention to the arceans, before my debt is so huge that I cannot replace my lost ships. Fortunatelly the Arceans depend (wishfull thinking here) on some resources starbases that once I take out should reduce their abilities. The problem is moving such large fleets (torian invasion fleet, and starbase's strike forces) without triggering the war before my ships have reached their strategic positions. It's gonna be tricky.

But according to your very own religion, the force is an energy field that surrounds all living things. It surrounds us, it penetrates us, it binds the galaxy together. That, would include me.

You should try playing as demonic yourself. I find it much, much easier than playing good. All of my AI's are demonic too. Less stress.
Tastes great! Less filling!
Sorry, lost myself there for a moment.

Lost your soul is more like it.

I'm back! Didn't want to test out my stomach on anything too weird, so I settled for tomato soup. Everything seems to be okay for now...
Nastavnik: Sounds like you're definitely in a poor position in your game. What's your treasury look like? Sounds like time for a little monetary gift...
