!!!! It's busy in here today, and that's with the site being off line for most of (my) day.

DAT, there's a thread in the empire forum about the Clone Wars: http://www.galciv.com/forum.asp?id=136739&BID=GE&page=1#156319 Link

Should give you a good idea, but it's over tonight.

Yep…we’re a pretty inept group!

Yeah, we keep letting those damned terror stars bump into Yor planets. I think it's now known as Greldonizing

Actually, I haven't built a TS for about 2 weeks now - I just buy an on-site invasion fleet

ABT, If you're around and want to talk Alliance strategy, PM me in the SH. Ugh! Acronym hell

Thanks Magnumaniac. I wasn't hoping to participate--merely to find out what happened--and that thread did the trick.

It would have been a closer competition if our 2 allies had participated more, SF and Jedis could have contributed a lot of points to the cause, but was almost few Jedis games and few SF and almost the whole rest was GROSS.

Gee, seems like this should be posted in the Jedi and SF thread instead of here

I'm sure one of our many visitors will spot it

How's it going Terl? Any more storys en route?

Matthew posted a good one over at the Pony earlier today

I saw Downie's. He always does a great job on his.

I'm sure one of our many visitors will spot it

To answer the question asked on the last page:

What size/difficulty/habitability/etc?

It was a maso/gigantic/abundant/military victory using AP 1.49J. I barely breathed during the game!

It would have been a closer competition if....
If a frog had wings, it wouldn't bump it's butt so much.

If the world were flat, travel times would be greatly reduced because you could just punch your way through the earth to the other side.

Oh! The G.R.O.S.S. are the "butt-bumpers"! (I'm pretty certain I got that one wrong on the Galactic Guardians entrance exam.)

That's okay...wasn't part of the main exam...was just for extra credit!

You must have completed the remodel?

#6142  by Citizen littlewotts_ - 3/31/2004 3:57:34 PM

Well you deserve it....now get back to work!

#6144  by Citizen Greldon - 3/31/2004 4:16:01 PM

The Guardians are getting close!

Special Forces Wild Wombat 17 848 4576777
The Galactic Guardians Theoden of Rohan 23 828 4543212
Fellowship of the Ring Ray the Wanderer 88 1146 3710168

33,566 more points and 1st place is ours!

#6145  by Citizen CypherPax - 3/31/2004 4:23:02 PM

So let's see if every member of the Special Forces had submitted a 60k game every other day, we STILL would have lost.... no one was seen anything like what you guys did in March...

The truth is, I can't believe it myself.

It is sad to see how you all get the facts all turned around, in first place I was not complaining, I was just stating that would have been a closer competition, the closer the race is more people get excited, in this competition the only people excited were the members of one alliance, no criticizing anyone, just stating the facts, you all did an amazing thing, that is the bottom line.

Chill out, Renegade! We're just kidding around. No one was making fun of you, or anybody else. We were just being our usual silly selfs. Lighten up dude!

Ooopss sorry, didn't mean to sound grouchy, you all did an EXCELLENT JOB, and I don't think that even if the other empires if they had all the players playing could have defeated you in this war, you were awesome.
