Be sure to invade...TSs don't trigger it.

And make sure you have the fleet structured right...one of each from excalibur down.

I got it to go last night but I had to try a few times to have Wardell in the game.

Crap. In my latest game I'm nearing the end but I already took Wardell. Guess I'll take over every other system but one, gift Wardell to the last AI to declare peace. Then declare war again, take that other system leaving Wardell as the last system standing. That should work.

Thanks for the trick guys. I may never get to it, I never use military. But maybe if I go to cakewalk for fun, and try it, it should work. Probably wouldn't take long.

Regarding the new discovery, and from comments made earlier in this thread, it is apparent that this cannot be accomplished in the demo version of the game--primarily due to the need to have advanced the technology beyond what is possible within the demo's time limit. Guess I'll just have to wait until Saturday!

And double congratulations on taking first place in the Metaverse! (I had hoped to help in that conquest--but at the pace that you guys have been setting, that was probably just my ego and wishful thinking.)

Lunch? I'm presuming that this word has some special meaning to GalCiv fanatics--since obviously you eat, sleep, and drink GalCiv! Please tell me you don't spend your valuable time--time that could be spent creating and then eliminating Yor orphans!--on such trivial things as eating food?

If you are using the newest load of AP, yes. Check the bug thread in the main forums. Supposed to be a fix this week.
