Greldon, you have to put the *.pcx files in the GFX folder, the political parties pcx go into the GFX sub-folder. Invasion tatics and UP stuff go into the sub-folders of Mods\Data\.

Indeed, is there some particular etiquette involved? I've just been circling the prey, like some cyberbuzzard.

And congrats Athilla and Naqmir, you guys are really ripping it up! I've been experimenting with MM's most excellent cranking guide off and on this afternoon, I think I'm almost ready to load some live rounds, see if I can crack that 500 mark.
