Hey GH, to answer your question in the SH, I don't thing a 60K Medium has been done yet. I just had another crack at it, but finished with 58,660.

4K! Some people would love to see their score go up by 4K when they drop a 60K bomb in. I'm now getting just over that per 60K game.

I thinking getting 60K at medium is very doable. It would require gifting the last AI a planet every time it surrendered. I got 55990 at rare,medium, maso when the last AI surrendered its last planet and I had just gotten Overlord tech. I just don't have the patience to turn click for those extra 4010 points.

Evening Guardians!
I see it's been a very productive weekend! I thought that with everything that's been going on, I would do a weekend update. (The sneaky Historian has an ulterior motive - it will make it easier for me when I update the Journal!)
Lothmorg has closed to within 50K of Greldon who is still holding the gold, but they are both keeping a good margin up out of respect of the Centurion following them. Mag has made it up to 14 and Naqmir is now up to 20. MC has Honor Guard duties with our beloved Emperor at 27 and 26. LW got one in on Friday, and it shouldn't be long before he joins the top 50. I had the honor of submitting my first 60K at crip joining Mag as the only other player that has scored a 60K non-maso game, and am threatening to enter the top 100. (OK, so it's a bit of shameless self promotion - that's why it's good to write the history books...) Attila and ED have covered some ground and both should be in the top 200 before too long. Major D threw in his first game at crippling as did Attila, while ED joined the Masoverse with his first game at that level. bonscott got back in to action with a medium tough today.
The Guardians now lead all empires in total games submitted as well as in points. Our lead over Special Forces is now 1.9 million points! We have added just a little less than 500K in the last 72 hours!
In the Alt Meta, Guardians hold the top 4 positions overall and in the pro league, and 5 of the top 10 positions in the Amateur league. Lothmorg leads all players with an amazing 4.5 million points and 78 games! The Guardians lead all other empires by 4 or 5 times the amount of points and games, with nearly 75% of our members active this month!
Now if the galciv website would come back up, I could post this and wish all the Guardians a great week ahead!
