Well, I guess I couldn't have asked to be knocked off of the Alt Meta by a better player, eh? (Although it's still rather humbling to be knocked off in a single night by a guy who hasn't even posted for the last week! )
Posted my own bip earlier tonight. Not certain what went wrong. It looked like all my other 60Ks, if not better. One difference was that the Yor (boo-hiss) surrendered their remaining planets too me near the end-game, and it drove me near batty trying to get their morale up. Might I have been better of to save-and-restore to avoid that event, or to gift the problem systems to one of my enem-, I mean allies? 
P.S. Oh, but even though it wasn't a full-fledged boom it did pop me up to #59 (woohoo!) and I got promoted to Rear Admiral. Still waiting for my shield to go to Maso, though...

Thought I'd take it easy on submitting my savegames.
I don't want a big huge chunk, so I'll probably spread it over a couple days.
Only 19? I thought I submitted 20. Hmmm.
Not going to worry about it. A drop in the bucket, so to speak. 
I have a few recorded shows to get through too, so I'll have to survive on my savegames for the next few days.

Passed Amulek a couple of days ago - but he's started playing again by the looks of it. Still, only 13k to the next place.
WOW, just noticed Jaws' score took a big hit of 100K yesterday - now 61 days since his last submission, so everything got dumped down a block - means I'm less than 50K from the top 10.

Morning all!
The interview went very well. Probably won't hear anything for a few more days, though. Oh, well...I've got another interview today! It's nice to feel wanted!
It appears my parent's identity has been stolen. They are eBay users and somebody has gotten hold of their info. It seems they now have all their personal info. Very scary stuff. I've got to go over to their house this morning and try to get them straightened out, but it looks like I'll have to cancel their internet service and everything.   Luckily, they have already cancelled their credit card.
I really need to get a game in soon. I'm in danger of dropping out of the Top 25!

Yeah, but his games were spread over a period of 9 months, whereas FT's were only over 7. FT should take another hit around 13th of this month, and probably drop below Jaws again.

Indeed. They cancelled their card before anybody could use it, so that's good. But it still sucks that they have to start completely over with their internet service and everything.
