It seems that most of them that are active are extremely active. But interestinly enough, we can also see some aging just starting even though they are a relatively young empire

Just posted by CJS over on the GROSS thread. While by no means is it time to panic, I see the seeds of truth to this. Been a while since we heard from some of our members that used to be around quite a bit. MC, GTR, and bonscott come to mind off the top of my head, but I'm sure there are others.

Any thoughts on what we can be doing to make sure that we don't end up "old" before our time?

I played evil last night for 1st time. As I playing against mostly evil AI's did not really effect game. I have no pure good AI. I thought maybe it would effect relations but did not. It got a 47% production bonus and then a high rearch colonize events that I could not turn down. Then I don't think I got another event the rest of the game so stayed evil. I hate the red keys though when your not use to it.

Just what we are doing. The good vs evil thing is going to be fun. I think we should definately do it in the meta creating 2 new empires. That way it will be great for the other empires to. We may even get some people to switch for the competion. Theo should come into to as I am sure the couple inactives we have will keep the home fires burning.

If we create new empires, Theoden can't join them without disolving the existing empire. He may be able to transfer the emperorship to someone else with the help of Stardock, but that starts to get complicated, and still requires someone active to accept the transfer.

For my .02 bcs, I think the spinoff empires should try to have the name Guardians in them. Black Guardians? Guardians of Darkness?
