Btw, in that last game, I started to get the draginol message from the Yor, but then they got taken over by the fundies...in that case, will the draginol still come eventually or do they die out

I'm kinda curious. What mods do you guys all use? I haven't put in any yet, but am starting to look for some minor twists to the game. Tell me what you guys have, how the computer uses it, and how it seems to affect the game play.

What mods do you guys all use?

I use all the capitals (Cultural Capital, Economic Mogul, etc.) AI builds them fine.

I also loaded several ship like the Death Glider and stuff. AI uses them a lot.

All the capitals are really good adition!

There is one political party you might like to use Ancient Politycal Party(20% Diplomacy,20%Loyalty and most brillinat part 10% Trade, most of the AI rush to trade with you in the start of the game, so that reduces chances of warfare

)

there is nice RED Star IV, its a really great addition to your Terror Star, if you want to reuse them it gives a 70Deffence points...

Now i've got question has anybody tried this new Sneaky Diplomats Party????

I'd like to commemorate those heroes who have landed on Utah, Omaha, Gold, Juno and Sword beaches in Normandy! 60 years ago. They've saved our lives...

They were all heros! In GalCiv we make lite of killing Yor, but on D-Day, there were real human beings on both sides of that dreadful war.

and as Kaz mentioned, let's not forget those that were fighting on the other side aswell. Although their government was our "enemy" at the time, most of them did not want to be fighting and were just normal folk like our soldiers were, put into a situation where they had to fight to survive.

You are quite correct Attila. Apologies Weyrleader, it appears that my vision is clouded - must have been some plot by the Yor.

To that end... BOOM!! Just the one for me today as been out visiting in-laws

Still, that one got me 15K and keeps me on my personal target for the month of June, which is to increase my score by 20K per day, excluding 9th-13th (when I'm in Sweden). Started the month on 1,160,000 so if I keep to the target I will finish the month on 1,660,000 - then I'll see how far Tech and Alex are in front and set another target for July

Hello Guardians!

I spent the day with my family so no GalCiv for today. Today is my last day "unemployed"! I finally start my job tomorrow!

I'm really looking forward to it! It's been a tough two months, but I've been really fortunate to have the support and understanding of my family and friends (which includes all of you!). Thanks again.

Congrats to everybody for your tremendous advances!

Great job Naqmir on passing a million and getting into the Top 10!

I'm going to go back to spending some time with my wife for a while. Everyone have a great night!

Oh, and before I go, we all remember D-Day and the sacrifices made by those who participated. We can enjoy freedom now because of those brave soldiers who gave their all for the cause of freedom. American, British, Canadian, Polish...it was truly a multinational force that liberated that French coastline that fateful day. D-Day is very special for those of us who live around here. The National D-Day Memorial is located just a few miles from my home. The city of Bedford, VA lost more soldiers per-capita than any other locality in the nation. I'd also like everyone to remember one of the greatest American presidents ever, Ronald Reagan. This man changed America and the world. No matter if you supported him or not, President Reagan was a wise and strong leader who made a difference. His loss is a great tragedy.
