The living room TV seems to play nothing but Jay Jay the Jet Plane recently. |
|
Hmm, I get Power Rangers, Totally Spies and Spongebob Squarepants most of the time.
One other advantage of an X-box though, it plays DVDs, VCDs and raw DIVX files - so download / record from satellite, write to DVD, pack kids off to bedroom with X-box, sit back and enjoy 36" widescreen TV. Most useful at this time, during the Euro 2004 Football championships - that's real football, where you use your feet by the way.

As well as... legs, arms, chest, back... oh ya and head. |
|
Yeah, but not your hands (except the goalkeeper) for 99% of the game as in certain other sports that are known as "football" for some strange reason.

Well, count me out for anything that requires using my head!
Morning Magnum, damoose, 'Moser, Loth, and everyone else that I missed! Thankfully our twins are the youngest (12 now) and their tastes run more towards Lord of the Rings than Spongebob. Of course, that also means that their tastes run more towards my favorite games, as well!

I agree, I believe 100% loth wouldn't do that the man i think is a former marine, i've talked with him many times my judge of his personality says he is a man of honor and strong virtues.
with Renegade his complaints in the past about the state of the "Masoverse" would easier lend credence to him cheating, but from what he tells us of himself, he doesn't have the expertise to hack a saved game.
I voice my support for these two, how about the rest of you guardians?

|
I am disappointed that cheating happens and people do it for different reasons.
No one yet (including Stardock) has accused either of these people of cheating. We just assume that because they are no longer on the Metaverse.
I think that we have to wait for a statement from Stardock/Frogboy as to what exactly is going on.

true and it is possible that they have to be removed during the auditing process for some reason, but it could also be possible they are the first of many to become suspect do to high submission rates and scores, and that too is disturbing.

well renegade just famous as well as one of our veterans if that means anything, i guess
C'mon these are #1 and not sure what Renegade was but still and they know how to play up to 15 games a day |
| do you mean your suspicous of that attila?

I know what you mean!!
This is not how I wanted to slowly make my way up the metaverse ladder.
A very sad day for the metaverse if the allegations are true.

glad to hear he has made a statement on this
| |
|
Loth has responded in the Senate Halls, Halls of Guardians, Maso strategies. |
|
I just read it. I am very, very upset about this. Loth uses a certain formula to play the game. He researches the same techs in the same order and uses the same initial picks at the beginning of the game. He generally has the game in hand prior to 2190 and has to wait until after that to submit the game, therefore creating the same finish date for every game. I'm not seeing any cheating in this so far......
This is indeed a very dark day in the Metaverse.
