BTW, dropped in to SDC last night and upgraded AP to version 1.51.008 (At least I think it was .008), and when I played tonight all of my politacl party and preferences had been reset to default (Industrialists with crappy adders). On the good side however, POOF, minor races are back!!!

it does. I will drop by as often as i can.I really enjoyed Galciv as my favorite game i ever played.But with school starting soon and a new game im ashamed to say i just dont have the time or desire to play anymore.Even if i did oneday the recalc would be so bad id rather just let it go.The communitys been great and i definatly wont abandon the Guardians.Just no more points from me.I think all those 30 minute game really took its toll and just made it hard to enjoy the game much.So i guess my recomendation to all players is not to use my strat unless you want a long and boring ride.Maybe one day if an empire get close to us(no offence meant to any other empires) I might come back to help hold them off but until then....

Almost same here! I am gonna be dropping few games a month just to go up, i guess playing not many games is a new tendency to go up the ladder, we have a look, maybe it'll work for me!

About new game: i am sooooooo looking forward "The Lord of The Rings, The Battle for Middle Earth" Its great!! Anyone go and see on

Were you in the middle of a game when you updated? If so, then weird things can happen. You may want to update in between games so you don't risk losing a saved game. Sometimes the updates can hose the game good.

I would agree with you there.recently i havent been upin time to see the morning but you learn to hate it really fast when that alarm goes off at 6 in the morning.

Good afternoon everyone. I've heard back from Theoden about the website. I'll get on that as soon as I can. GH, I'd like to update the member list and have the joined dates on there. I don't know if you've been keeping track or not. I planned on using the day we noticed a new member and posted here as the join date. If not, I can go back through the post and look too.

As for our Emperor, he said the work is rather hectic, and he's been quite busy at home as well. While he 'is jaded with the Metaverse', he will stop in as soon as he can.

Well Hello Hello!! Everybody!

My day was pretty hectic today!! As you all know i had my A-level results coming today, so i had lack of sleep... i've been awake from 8am 19/08 now it is 2am 20/08.... i think i am heading soon to bed!

Well... i went to college to get my results, they said they were going to reliese them @10am, they didn't, it was reliesed @10.30, guys you cant even imagine what kind anxiety i had... i actually considering the fact i could pass out just waiting for that extra 30 min. i was smkoing my fags one after another! 6fags in a row, non-stop!!

Anyway, i was one of the first to get them! It's not bad, BUT not as good as i was expecting it to be! And the slight problem have occured... I didn't made to my first choise uni, thats Westminster Uni @ Merylebone Campus(central london), actually W.U. offered me another place...same course BA Business Management but in different Campus... which is quite far away from where i live...about 1.30h journey(at least) one way .. and if i move closer to it, it still far from Cental London, which is my priority for me...

But i still got in to Insurance Uni... thats Greenwich... which is 20min by overground rails from where i live, or 25-30min by car/moped(i am thinking of getting one

) , but its different course... more narrow... its BA Tourism Management....

I am not decided yet!

Dont know what to do!

My Mum adviced me to go to Greenwich...

BOOM!! for 56 got my best score 58880 yet.
It has been awhile since I played a Galciv game. My brother put an old friend on my computer, namely Starcraft Broodwar and I have forgotten to do anything else since. Well, mostly anything else. There are thing that, no matter how engrossed in a game, one can't forget.
Congrats Attila on getting your A levels even if you did not get the score you wanted.

Congrats Attila, hope you are able to find the right spot for yourself. Never been to London, but I'm sure the gas cost for a moped would be vastly better than for an auto. Of course taking rail enables you to study en-route (Or play GC on laptop

) AND you don't have to worry about some knucklehead swiping your ride!

Attila... Good for you! Tough choice on where to go though. Can you go to the campus that's further away for a year then maybe move back to the one that closer to you? Would being in school give a better chance for the next year?

Morning All, just wake up... Greenwich Uni just phoned me up, actually they did woke me up!

So the lady on the phone goes like "...Blah BLah Blah you havent gathered the points required for this course blah blah blah so we could offer you the same course but a bit further down the road... FURTHER!!!??? HAVENT GATHERED THE POINTS??!!

Hang on! Hang on! so i started telling them off and saying that i did gatheredthe points but my collegges tutors havent announced my results, yet... ok she checked on somthing then goes OH! ahm you havent got that quoalifications and again blah blah blah ... I DO!! then she goes and checks again...
ANd now some gentleman picks up the phone and starts telling me that i got everything and that I am OK to come and do their course....
But BOY i was scared that i wasnt going to make even to my insurance one... and go even further?!! That got me decided instantly that I want my insurance UNI!!!

So guys final verdict! I am student at Greenwich Uni
