While proceeding Under Secret Orders to the far corner of the Galaxy. The Fleet under the command of the Chief found a Drengian outpost sympathetic to the Yorian scurge. Faced with a crisis of wether to proceede under secret orders to the given coordinates in the far corner of the Galaxy or tho crush the vile evilness of the Drengian...BOOM. No more weapons will be supplied from this outpost. Increasing speed to match other fleets arrival times...

BOOM~ As the first to arrive at the Yor oupost, Commander PB decided not to wait for the rest of the fleet and launched everything he had at the outpost. The planet was of a type not worth saving for humand, so it no longer exist.

While proceeding to the far corner of the galaxy the fleet dropped out of warp after picking up large fragments of rock on sensors. Upon reaching impulse speed a probe was launched to determine the nature of the floatsam that was where a planet should be. A secondary check of sensors verified against the data that was being returned by the probe confirmed the only conclusion possible. The planet was no longer. Through the mass could be seen the remains of Yorian battle ships. Heavy resistance was encountered here. But there were no signs of any other fleets. PB's fleet must have been here first. In the known universe there is no stronger battle group than his. Wait! Just there. Its a life pod...

After bringing the life pod aboard and opening it a message was found. Decrypting completed. It reads... We have found the enemy and they are ours. This planent bore no use for humankind. We are proceeding ahead. here is a data disk that was captured aboard a scout ship that was inbound for the planet. We believe it contains technology for a new hyperwarp propulsion system. And, alas I fear for our other Fleets as I have not yet had communication from ED's or Chip's Fleet.

As we press onward to our goal a battery of anti-space missles erupt from a small moon. BOOM. And noe they are dead too.

I love with other empires boom with us. We need to make sure thy understand what part they play in the orchestra so that don't boom in at the wrong time.

BOOM. Seems there has been a rare occurrance. The Roman fleet has entered the fray. While they don't have the strongest fleet in the galaxy they are a welcome addition to the fight. Perhaps or emperor formed a temporary alliance to assist us in completing our task sooner?

We have reestabilished communication with the lead assault force coming from the northern sectors. Still no word from the west though. Maybe they are maintaing radio silence in hopes of sneaking up on some ill expecting prey? We wish them fair solar winds and following particulate matter in hope of reestabilishing contact at some point in the future.

That last battle was a rough one. A chance encounter with the Drengian sparked a small skirimish betwixt the two of us. We were outgunned and outnumbered but the power of the Guardian overcame and resulted in a glorious triumph. Not with out damage though. We ahve obtained permission from a little known race of Debians to use there space port to repair damage sustained in the last conflict. They have outstanding repair facilities but tell us that they are economically challanged. If all goes well we may have to send an embassador her to negotiat a trade agreement. In this hostile environment any friend is welcome.

Now that we have arrived at the repair facilities the Debians have set to work about repairing our ships. They have told us that they expect to have repairs complete and we will be underway again in less than 12 hours.

Western corridor cleared gents. There were four systems here with a token defence force. BTW, I seem to have picked up survaillance fleet from the Roman empire. I suspect they are charting our victories with the hope of sneaking in behind before we can get the GSD freighters and salvage ships in to clean up the wreckage from our battles. I reccommend we offer the Debians rights of salvage here in exchange for services rendered to FC's fleet. Three of the four systems contain a single class 15 planet, the fourth however has a class 16, and a class 20! A promising location for a regional government seat.

Minor damage only to three of the Dreadnaughts, support craft are already making repairs while underway, awaiting further orders.

While awaiting further instructions, I noticed that the Roman fleet seemed interested in the sector just north of us. Curious, I went to investigate. After finding a few uninhabited hunks of rock and nothing of value, I watched as the Roman fleet again took up station behind me. Well, let them play thier games, I've got important work to do...

Oh, and BOOM! Back into 8th place!

My fleet is underway again. Many thanks were given by the Debians for the rights to the wreckage left in the wake of Chips force. They have promised to assist us in any way they can with out raising the suspicion of the Yor. We have been informed that our Ambassador LW is in route to estabilish permanent relations and our transports have been launched to provide additional population to these newly conquered systems. This will be a great addition to our empire as we have been suffering from over population for decades.

We have set a course to the norther sectors to follow up on Chips report of the Roman fleet. A quick swing through will keep the honest...

Immediately upon leaving the Debian stardock we encountered an advance Yorian fleet. BOOM. They live no more.

After a quick turn north to check on the activities of the Holy Roman Empire... We discovered that they were constructing a massive star base there amongst the 4 lower class planets. As our emperor has provided honors to there's in a previous encounter we stopped by to offer any assistance we could. Assistance was not needed as there starbase was almost complete. They did give us a warm welcome, providing docking facilities and a tour of there construct. Much food and Roman wine was to be had. I did not have a chance to speak with there Fleet Admiral. It was explained to me that they were in an all out war with some on called the Fleet of Assault. He was busy with strategic planning and could not be disturbed. These new peoples were unknown to me but very well known to the Romans. Our Guide explained all of this to me as we toured.

After the tour, food, and drink it was time to get underway again. We left pledging any assistance we could, use of our planet repair facilities, or starbases, to ofset their feeling of being slighted at our giving enforced salvage rights to our new friends the Debians.

It would seem that PB is own his own now to the secret coordinates. Chip and ED are enroute to assist. We have fallen to far behind to assist in any way. Or have we?
