I'm in no hurry. 1.13 is as stable as I've seen and I don't want to "patch" it and have CTDs and lockups.

Ok, before I go completely insane, someone please tell me some trick to getting a game to submit. I've done everything short of emailing it to stardock, and I'm beginning to get angry. There is something wrong with my machine I'm sure.

What is going wrong littlewotts, how far in the process did you get ?
It supposed to be:
1) On the End game summary you hit done
2) the submit screen shows up
3) you enter your alias "littlewotts" and the email adress you entered when registering your player profile

All that stuff is right, my router has a built in firewall and seems to block the upload of games. I finally got the game in, but I had to restart my computer after I had hooked directly to the cable modem. I think I need a new router. It is a Netgear FVS318 - Firewall/VPN router.

It even acts like the game submits. I go back to the main menu after about 3 or 4 minutes.

I was able to get it to post, but it seems like it's harder and harder everytime. I really didn't have this issuse until after I upgraded past 1.13.

Interesting both the former 1,2,3, and the current top 25 show up now I should have a former #1 then. Pfffft.
