Hmmm... Must be shore leave time for Star Fleet personnel. I was going to have drink in the officers mess but its overrun with tribbles. Oh well! That'll keep any rogue Klingons out.

unfortunatly RL is inhibiting my participation currently..

I've got 3 websites to update and one to build from scratch .. along with the fact that I have my son (5 years old) with me for 9 days (half of the school hols.. in Australia) so at the moment things are on pause unfortunatly..

Sorry I was away for so long. A trip to Europe and life. The Star Trek Total Conversion Mod is coming along nicely. We are almost done. The major problems we are having is with videos. Otherwise we are working on just completing what we have started. The STTC Mod is a collection of work from many, many people who spend hours puting together text files, graphics, sprites, and music. sheesh.. I go away for a while (real life vacation) and come back and nothing has changed.. no new scores and only 2 new posts...

Guess I AM StarFLeet Without the great J.T.Qwerk StarFleet is nothing...

When I got back (about 10 min ago) I see that theres lots of new stuff on Stardock.. Its going to take me weeks to D/load it all wahoo... the bad news is that while its d/loading I can't play any games.. so i need the rest of StarFleet to keep the empire advancing by submitting games...

because i've been away for so long when I do submit games both the empires scores and my personal player ranking will drop big time... so we really need some new blood and great games being posted.. I'm really scared as the drop in scores will be dramatic unfortunatly

so what do you say come onm and join starfleet your all more than welcome

and with MR.Squatty's Startrek total conversion mod it'll bew a blast...

Welcome new members to StarFleet..

As usual we are undermaned and the ship is undergoing refurbishment.

Its up to US as there is no other StarFleet Vessels .. the Galactic Continium is against us.. we shal NOT be Assimulated.. Resistance is NOT futile..

Through out spirit and determination we can make a difference and bring Order back to the Chaos and fun back into the metaverse...

I know for some of you that this is your first mission and others are still learning .. Well Everyone has to learn sometime.. its up to US to show everyone what we can do..

One day StarFleet will be the Rulling power in the metaverse..
Evil always turns on itsself and comsumes itself

I'm pleased to say that we are now up and into 13th place Lucky for some.. lets hope that it is for US..

I don't think it's helping our overall score, but i'm working on it. I'll attempt to submit another score tomorrow.

Every score helps.. no matter how small .. So long as your enjoying playing the game..

here is a hint to getting a higher score in Aliance mode (any mode for that matter)

keep the game going till after January 2190 ... your score will double what it would have been if you finished the game prior to that date

another tip...

play on a huge map rare planets tight clusters... and the hardest level you can.. (work your way up make it harder each time you win... soon you'll be playing huge masso maps where you can score the maximum score allowed which is 60,000 / game

and here is another

military wins score more than alliance wins .. so play to be the only player left .. till you can get up to playing masso difficulty games

The second game was going to be a tech victory but I was allied with all the races except one and that race surrendered to another. Therefore alliance victory. The next one will be military victory. Also, I prefer small maps or medium maps, since anything larger seems to drag on and on. Well, talk to everyone later today after I submit my next game.

Never mind it didn't turn out military victory. The Dread Lords turn up and conquered the Yor and Torians, leaving only me. I won by a cultural conquest.

Neotech is up but the site is currantly using a back-up from July 24th. I don't know why the login is not working I was able to get in with no problems. The site should be restored to full in a few days.

No hard feelings. That is why we have a community here. I respect you opinion. You play the game the way you think it should be played. Others get penilized through no fault of their own when personal issues keep them from playing for a month of more and then want to start again. If you that that is fair, that is fine. We disagree. Thanks for voice your opinion though. It will bring some balance to the discussion.
