Qwerk its something that in the 20th century of earth in what they used to call racing.. usually done in cars.. they'd tuck in tight behinds the person in front and then using built up speed and inertia they used to slingshot ahead of the other driver... I'm mearly employing the same principal here

DF: looking a little worried about this manouver ok Admiral.. say when..

{slowly the Enterpwize slides above the SF's Flag ship.. and starts overtaking her... Qwerk looks out the viewscreen to see a very treoubled and shocked Koala and Wombat looking out the port window.. now the Koala starts slaspping the wombat.. and rushes to the bridge of their ship}

DF: how is this possible their ship can clearly go faster than ours.. and yet we are overtaking them..

Qwerk: and our engoines are still only working at warp 7 output.. nowq for the slingshot..Hit it DF: warp 10

Qwerk: on ship wide broadcast... Well donw crew... we are now in 111th place in the metaverse... however don't reast.. I don't think that we've seen the last of those SF's they are worthy advosaries... I'm sure we mearly took trhem by surprise... be on your toes... 10 Place is only 180,000 points away.. and it shouldn't bee that long till we overtake the dispicable Mid-Western Confederation

keep your eyes ears and scanners open so that no one can sneek up from behind...

It is a variation of a Borg mixed with a cyberborg and a machine that makes games like crazy!!!! My score went up but I lot 1 place, time to keep loading the weapons and aiming at the empire on top of us!!!!

I went way behind.. dumped 4 games in a row.. I was loosing that badly.. My old strategy is failing working on a new one.. last patch changed something that prevents my way of playing to work. Now I will go with a more diplomatic approach rather then heavy tech and economic one.

hhhmmm stardate well up there ^

I've been drifting(in a shuttle i mmm ah appropriated) since nov26 nothing but space lots and lots of space thought maybe the meteverse was all undead but maybe thats just the canadian sector.

Well not just drifting killed lots of aliens but they don't matter they had it comming i tell ya, they tried to take me over with there culture. now i used up all my power sooo here i am.

wow space is huge really really huge some even say gigantic, but i like large.

Hope i'm not lost here forever spare is boring i hear maybe the metaverse will colapse on itself one day. That would be sad it's not perfect but it's all we have. the scoring in the metaverse sure is confusing.

this thread sure was amusing i hope i don't run into Khan out here or any of those next generation guy's that would be bad!!

hhhmmm maybe if i jettison the last of the fuel and ignite it.

lol...

The Enterpwize sees your flare and rescues you from the cold void of space... then you get the bill for the rescue... and the StarFleet Collections avengy gives you a 3 choices for payment of your bill

1) Join StarFleet and pay off your bill with your service to the empire

2) pay 1,000,000,000 credits... (its not cheap to have StarFleet ships just hanging around to pick up lost space jocks.. lol

3) we can always put you back were we found you... lol

most refugees tend to join starfleet as we are a friendly empire and treat out overlords well.. with a good promotion plan..

Submit at least 4 games / month (win loose or draw... doesn't matter what the score.... and you'll get promoted keep up the games and you'll stay in the senete.. otherwise you'll drop back to being a crew member ... we won't dump you back into space unless tou don't submit any games in 2 months from joining

Installation
---------------

1) Start with a clean instal of Galactic Civilizations and Altarian Prophecy
(no other mods.. you can re-instal other mods if you feal the need later)

2) Unzip the STTC-Mod-v0-91
into the Galactic Civilizations and Altarian Prophecy parent folder
(on my system its C:\Program Files\Stardock\TotalGaming.net\).
Keeping the stored directory structures intact .

3) Unzip STTC-Mod-Update-v0-92 over writing updated files in the sipplied Directories

The only files from the original Galactic Civilizations and Altarian Prophecy
which are altered are
-GalCiv\data\prefs.ini
-AltarianProphecy\data\prefs.ini

4) Due to a bug in Altarian Prophacy, to get the Startrek music you'll need to
This step will not be necessary if / when Stardock fixes the bug
4a) Copy The galciv/mods/music Folder to AltatianProphacy/mods/
4b) Copy The galciv/mods/effects Folder to AltatianProphacy/mods/

3) Replaced Space01.TILES to a less busy/confusing image from the hubble telescope
(see credits for site where the original image was taken from)
4) Hut101 has changed the .ship file to fix the Slip streem drive ship
5) Edited the .Doc and .TXT files to reflect changes made

aargh well only on some conditions

1) Starfleet stays active atlease until GC2 goes gold.

2) Starfleet will overtake Mid-west zombie undead scum for 10th in the metaverse and do it's best to stay there.

3) I get get to kill all the aliens i want.

4) starfleet will not try to take me over with it's trek culture (I will not buy over priced DVD sets )

I hope i don't burnout what about Starfleet retirement plans? Beer? Chocolate? deadly weapons?
