I have always liked the Excelsior class ships and the Ambassador class ships. They just seemed prettier. For the non-super Trek geeks, that would be the Enterprise-B and Enterprise-C.
For the Klingons, Vorcha Class Attack Cruisers
For the Romulans, the Valdore as well.

If you want to pump some life into this forum, talk about how sexy the Star Trek women really are.
Or you could just go the other direction and start quoting lines from specific episodes that you list and the "you're wrong" discussions will start.

I actually like the Excelsior class, and not the refit that the Enterprise-B got. If you look closly at the deflector dish area, it expands out. Looks kinda wierd, and I don't beleive that is standard on the Excelsiors.
