I actually liked the independant Borg ships. Sexy ... for a ship, that is.

How exactly did Janeway beat up like 40 Borg Cubes in Voyager? The Intrepid Class ships only have 11 phasers and 4 torpedo launchers! Nothing compared in power/size to almost any other Starfleet ship! Heck, the Galaxys were better armed! And the 1701-D was destroyed by three Bird of Preys in "Yesterday's Enterprise!" That pissed me off. Where was I...
Back to Voyager. That was an exploration ship. It was not designed for combat. The Nova ships were even worse. That was a boxy looking piece of crap ship. The Equinox. Oh, and how was Voyager exactly making torpedoes? It has 22 when it started! They used like 400! Even the 1701-D ran out against the Borg! Idiotic! Poor writing!
Sorry for the ranting.

No we havn't.. but you can on behalf of starfleet.. I'm having major probs completing games... there are a few bugs that are driving me nuts.... I used to be able to do 2 games a week.. now i'm playing 4-5 a week just to get one to submit.. i'm thinking of turning off mods just to get a couple of games in... because we are falling behind.. there are now 5 members in Starfleet.. lets see some games being posted by everyone.. Or we'll be the laughing stock of the metaverse.. that is if we arn't already... any score will do.. (of course the higher the better..) if your having problems.. talk about them.. and i'm sure that someone will be able to help.. most of all have fun playing...

One more thing.. if we are going to sign up we will need active gamers submitting scores...

Let me know what the rest of you in starfleet suggest.. to sign up or not to.. if there is enough interest then we will..

Well, I think that we should try and ally with the Mid-Western Confederation and the European Alliance. Ranks 3 and 5. Although we're 16, they need another member if they want to have a chance at victory. We can do our share. However, before I go forward with this proposal to them, I want to receive approval from you of course. What do you think?

Okay, I did some research this time. Basically, the top 11 empires are allread allied or going to. So, I tink that we should try to form an Alliance with The Centurians and The Diplomats. What do you think Captain?

ok.. you have my permission

I'll do what i can... (not much at the moment.. dam game keeps crasking... might have to use AP something that I think is a totaly different game... because it has 7 main AI's and no starbase logistics, and still has some cheses... BTW I've also found that the AI's in 1.2 are definatly more compitent at masso level then in any earlier version.. making for very interesting games..

Sure Alex... now we need a third

AP does have starbase logistics - it also picks up bits from 1.2 as far as I can tell - the logistics improvement suddenly appeared when I upgraded galciv.

They both have the same cheeses....

Yeah... I know. Maybe it was just faster than the Borg... Warp 9.9 here we go. (I know the Borg had Transwarp tech. I was just trying to find an excuse) That reminds me though... do you remember the episode where Paris achieved warp 10?

hat reminds me though... do you remember the episode where Paris achieved warp 10?

And his transformation

Besides, acording to the physical laws of the Star Trek Universe it is impossible to acive Warp 10, cause that would mean omnipresens and unlimited speed

Yeah. Voyager did a lot of crazy stuff. I wonder when they are going to release that on DVD box set? hmmm... another $700 for me to spend.

How do you outrun something at warp when what you are trying to outrun goes faster than warp? Oh, the Warp 10 episode, Janeway got transformed too, and they had kids. The left them on a world in the Delta Quadrant.
Back in TOS, they hit like Warp 12, 13 a few times. They must have redone the Warp scale for TNG.

hahaha... thats good.

I think it was a few times where they lost control of the engines and they kept speeding up, or they were taken over by another life form, or something like that.
