Well ok lets give it a try. This is the official Threat of the USO.

A bit of background:
The United Stars Organisation (USO) is a neutral protecting power in the milky way, founded at the 01.07.2115 by Atlan as an independent galactic “fire fighter”. Atlan lead the organisation under the title of a “Lordadmiral”, who is not elected, but has periodically to account to the “USO-Council”
The USO is a kind of Ally of the Solar Empire and the Galactic Alliance. All members of the Alliance can ask the USO for its help. The same goes for “Independents” who have an accordant treaty with the USO. The USO is, by its Charta, not allowed to interfere with the internal matters of the Empires. The USO gets its funds from its Allies (up to 10% of their income).
The USO has 182 secret operation bases all over the galaxy. Its HQ is Quinto Center. The coordinates of all USO bases are only known to the agents (the so called Specialists) of the Organisation.
Even if they have an impressive fleet, they normally archive their goals by the covert operations of their Specialists. This Specialist benefit from the best training in the known galaxy.

Welcome,

Come on over to the crypt at the CSF for a chat. http://www.galciv.com/forum.asp?BID=GE&id=130293#183707 Link . We will share some good Canadian beer, back bacon and SNACKS!

Perhaps we will discover flaws in the Weyr's r&d department.

We can use a secret organization to overcome Weyr's special R&D section. His department upsets the balance of nature in the opinion of the CSF!

Lordadmiral, welcome to the Metaverse. If the Guardians can be of any help, let us know. We do have protective devices for use when you party at the crypt. We even have a few miniture halutians that take a nasty byte out of damoose. It is assured to keep him at a distance, unless you decide to passout, errr sleep over at the crypt.

Well my Guardian friend be ensured that all spaecialists would be well equipt before entering any "undead territory". I'm sure that we may be able to establish a way of technological exchange to protect each other from any undead attacks. Since we have some full size halutians in our rows and that we know their origin, there won't be the need for any miniature versions. Of cause an institution like ours would always require new personal...

Dear Honorable Overlords of the United Stars Organization

With the dawning of a new forum for interempire communications you would of course understand the great need for “security”. In similar fashion to “donations” made to G.R.O.S.S. within the Galactic Forum, “peace” will be assured with the continued transfer of “contributions” to the Most Humble Empire of G.R.O.S.S. Standard Operating Procedures will be as follows:

1. Identify freighters ferrying liquor with bright neon markings.
2. Identify freighters ferrying beer with brown markings.
3. Identify freighters ferrying wine with red markings.
4. Identify freighters ferrying illegal alien pornography with green markings.
5. Sail your freighters with minimal escort.
6. Greet G.R.O.S.S. raiders with a smile, not mind control weapons.

ARRRGH!!! Consider yourselves “advised”.

(edited for new usage)

Be informed of some basic USO "standard procedures":
1. We do not use (marked) freighters to transport our "delicate" goods.
2. Our transporters are always well protected
3. We always encounter raiders with all necessary force, as like 4000 gigatons fusion bombs (with an 7 billion mile range)or mind control weapons
4. We do not need "contributions" to ensure peace

Standard USO policy

And they are known to be really good when they do something and normally you'll only recognize when its already done

Wow. You make us sound tough. Do you ever encounter any raiders that don't have all necessary force?

I have a pirate song for the occasion.
Yo ho, yo ho, a pirates life for me.
We are the raiders with necessary force
Drink up me 'earties yo ho.
We'll pillage your laidies and (filtered) your horse, drink up me 'earties yo ho!!!
Yo ho, Yo ho a pirates life for me.
