Looks like Technician was really active tonight trying to break the 3 million mark. He should do it with his next game as he needs less than 1K.

You deserve some congratulations too, Druid, for being named 'The most neutral player in the metaverse'. Now, that takes commitment... Or maybe a lack of commitment.

Well if you stay at 3K a game you will only need 333 games to do it. But, as you have probably guessed, it is doubtful that you will stay at 3K so your guess of 600 may be more acurate than you know.

It depends on how fast you play them. If you play slowly, then no matter how long you do it for, you'll never reach 4 mil, because your score will start to decay as fast as it decreases.
Calculating the precise score delay would require a spreadsheet, which I don't have. If your overall score is decaying at 5% a month before games are added, that's 150,000 a month you have to allow for.
So, to get to 4 million in one month, you'd have to play enough games to gain 1.15 million... Divide that by 60K and square it for the number of games... I make that 367. In a month. 12 a day. Perfectly possible if you give up on everything else in your life.
To do it in two months, you'd need to gain 650,000 a month. I make that 117 games per month, 234 altogether.
To do it in three, you'd need 483,000 a month, 65 games a month, 195 altogether. Probably within your capabilities.
To do it in four months, you'd need about 44 games a month, 172 combined.
For five months, you'd need 34 games a month. 170 combined.
For six months, you'd need about 28 games a month, 168 combined.
For seven months, you'd need 24 games a month, again 168 altogether.
All this assumes a constant decay rate of 150,000 a month. I suspect it will actually be worse than that, and so you will need more games.

Congrats to Technician for 3 million. Amazing.
Finally caught up on the threads. So, the tops in the meta are those who submit near daily 60k games. Now, why didn't I think of that? That's probably what the creators of the meta wanted, right? The meta is the most currently active list of "maximum dedication to the game". But I agree, that decay part cuts into the efforts of some of us "old-timers" (in Gal Civ years).
Later . . .

'Near' daily? Technician has been submitting about three games a day.

Maybe I should respond to MD. No, maybe not. It so difficult to commit.
No worries though, my family has offered to help me get committed.

Nice job on the Rag, Newfy! I'm sure that it would make Theoden happy to know that the reporting continues.
