I do think good thoughts about Tech and all of y'all.
Thought it would be worth repeating. Today seems to be the day for repeating messages (right John and Krazyhorse).
being too sensitive.
You could be right Newfy. I am not the sensitive type but being misread has caused some anxiety on my part. I sometimes react quickly once the last straw has broken.

One of my favorites is one to think about and reflect on. My favorite is when I am smoking a cigar with one of my buddies. We say something and then we just think and smoke. Here's one:
The difference between an optimist and a pessimist is that the optimist believes this to be the best world possible while the pessimist knows it is.
I really like this kind of stuff so please feel free to enter your own. I could use some new material for my cigar breaks.

The time vault closed for 50 days opens.
An old man projected as a holograph appears.
According to my calculations the Foundation should be facing its first crisis.
The solution of course is obvious.
Keep playing have fun and keep in mind that in the next few months the first beta of GC 2.0 should be released, meaning the current metaverse will be obsolete.

Interesting US Election. Very close results. Seems like this election will have to be settled by the courts now.

Newfy, I am not to sure about this yet. Bush has enough popular vote to eliminate a lot of the issues that took place 4 years ago. There will undoubtedly be lawsuits, but they will be minor an probably not change the outcome, just the timeing. Ohio is the most likly to be contested with no standards for determining validity of the provisional ballots. But, if the number of provisional ballots turns out to be small enough so that all of then going to one candidtate would not change the elections then even that is not a problem. There will also be the legal ranglings on minor issues here and there, but I think that Bush will end up with enough electoral college votes to win the election.
A few weeks ago I wrote an Excel macro to determine and predict Meta scores from historical and hypothetical submissions. It is nails on accurate. I believe you wrote somewhere before that you thought yours was off by a rounding difference. I believe you're right. I offer my source code or another solution would be for you to keep your intermediate variable used for calculation without rounding/truncating.
My source code is in English so you will have to tranlate it into Francais.

Aww Nuts, would you be willing to make it available for download somewhere? Perhaps Mace can make it available at the embassy for download, when the Embassy gets rebuilt.
