Roy, I stopped by the Foundation last night and installed one other device on your Rocket powered Walker.
This is a device of last resort. If you are trapped and there appears to be no way out press the button marked COD. This will send a 360 degree spray of a pureed 21 day old cod. Before you accelerate away you must wait at least 2 seconds for the spray to dissipate. This spray is guaranteed to temporarily incapacitate all people for 5 seconds even if they do not breathe it in.
Caution: There is only enough of this special concoction for 1 shot. It takes 6 months to develop enough for another load.
Warning: If you get a drop on you even your closest allies will shun you until you have had at least 2 showers and a skin peel.

 Aww.  The horror. Neufy, Weapons such as this have been banned by the Galactic Council. Have you no humanity  Weyr's lab's were once used for noble cause of butt protection, and now this blasphemy.

I immediately approached Roy and told him that I was going to remove the device because it was a banned weapon.
To my dismay he accused me of being a Guardian in the guise of his friend Newfy and rocketed away ...
I have created a great crime ... please understand I meant no real harm. I was in a creative mood the other night and did not think it through.

I know that I didn't create the monster but I may have (with the rocket powered walker's help) unleashed the beast!
Sometimes it is better to do nothing than give an Evil Roy some help.
