How did you appoint a new emperor?
| Since most of us will soon be going to GCII it is sort of a Farewell to GC tribute. |

Someone put Roy in charge. Next thing you know he'll be calling his Zimmer the Royal carriage and expecting a 21 Roygun salute every time he enters the room. He's still, out of control.

We just got bribe those doing the saluting to point the Roygun in the right direction. Even Evil Roy would not be able to dodge 21 spitwads all at once!
