Ichot post should have to be after contract issued

Well, it looks like contracts needs to be refined a little.

Yes, or someone could issue a contract on someone in the bottom of a dead thread then collect instantly.

Target Icho Tolot terminated here Link

I think that this is an illegal kill. I would think that only posts after the time and date of posting of the contract would count, not one from the day before. He was safe then. I think that the IBH council should review this kill.

Well, I should read before I speak. Put mind in gear before opening mouth.

I feel bad that I didn't make it difficult (for termination) but it looked like way too much effort. I decided to play a game instead. Interesting convolution in the verse. Checkout page 2 and look at the dudes at 70 (3 in a row, Mace and myself included).

Hey Fett, er Peace nice work. If you get a chance you should see both of the Bourne movies (Identity and Surpremacy) as both were

If our emperor decides so, I will post a message in the evil Pack thread saying that the termination foiled to to inacurracy of weapon used against the Halutian

Ok. foiled termination message posted in evil Pack thread

Okay, I think I figured out the contract kill deal. I thought I had to go to every thread that I ever entered a post and check that I was not the last one. This explains why I didn't put forth that amount of effort.

Another thing though, is this new contract for hire business just a front for the Canadian or Foundation empires (sorry guys)? The logic goes thusly:

(1) Someone offers a contract on a player
(2) Someone terminates said player
(3) The terminated player remains active thereby becoming an "undead" player
(4) Being an "undead", the player then naturally migrates to one of the only 2 empires that have "undead" members (i.e. the Canadian and Foundation empires)

An additional point is that I (a Foundation empire) member was selected for termination. This was an ingenious development as no one would suspect that a conspiracy would attempt to convert an existing member.

All members of all empires can be targeted. We have a special coming up.... Half price Canadian week

Conspiracy theory? Might try that one

Halutians must be vulnerable to something!

Yes, they are. But this is a secret knowledge known only by IBH. After all, we are trained to handle all kind of contracts

Thought the Halutians know that too.
I fear that the IBH will use weapons of mass destruction against the Halutian, to get the kill.

btw. Posts in this threat should also be imune (dunno if they are alredy)

IBH are going to have to work for their money.....

All members of all empires can be targeted

There was some discussion above about single member (or single active member) empires... what was the outcome of that?

Final thought - should a contract automatically expire after a given period of time - eg a week?

Simple choice, Icho - succumb to CenturionZilla or fall to IBH!

Very simple: anyone could be targeted. But there mustn't be any posts between the target and the IBH member. This means that anybody will act as a shield against termination attempt. So the point is moot.

I believe I saw a post by Mace that said the contract is only good for 48 hours from time of posting.

So it does - I missed that. I think that might not be long enough though....

Come on people - you've about 8 hours to get Icho....

Since my attempt was foiled, since any post made after the one of the target will protect the target (like the one you have made Alex), and since this target doesn't post a lot, I fear that the contract won't be fillfulled before the expiration

There ain't much to say at the moment, and I tend not to give you a target with spamming around
