Hey... I'm doing my best.... .... without Spamming.... Just that most ppl don't want to leave their established empires... Now id anyone really wants to make things interesting why done some of the top empire come in and join us in Starfleet... and make it a 4 horse race and really make the metaverse hop... and dance and sing again.. as opposed to no1. team being unreachable...

come on Galactic Guardians... what to you think.... You guys wanted a battle... or are you guys simply too chicken...

Even if we only got 2 or 3 players that played masso (60,000 gamews) we've be in there with a shot... look at what starfleet has done with only 1 (me) so far ... we've come from 16th place up to 7th place before all the felbercarb hit the fan....

No simpathy plz... its going to be hard work which starfleet has shown that we aren't afraid of...

Even if all the active Guardians left we still would not catch the Guardians.

I can tell you know... that yes we could.... not overnight but we would catch them... all of you are so blinded... you can't see beyond the safty of the no1. spot... wheres the challenge in staying there.... even if we don't we'll have fun trying.. rather than stagnating on safty

Actually, we have fun staying there. Dark Griffin is starting up a new empire with the same goal in mind - a top spot as a lasting legacy to GC I. We already have a legacy, we have only been in existance a year. Other have been in existance much longer than the Guardians. Instead of struggling to reach the top, why not start at the top and reach further than anyone has gone before.

JT, just like you guys have your loyalty and camraderie in your empire, we have the same in ours. I would actually hope that you'd respect us MORE for our loyalty to our empire then less...

lol... i do.... but this is different.... your empire is not in any imediate danger.... I want to get competition between empires happening again... and this isn't going to happewn when 1 empire is so far out of reach.... I thought you'd also understand that... as you know as well as i do.. that when ppl fall so far behind in a game ... they simply give up.... and quit the game.... I'm trying to spread the Good players around... not all in 1-2-3 empires...

shoot man... 1 player moving made an empre shoot up from 12th to 3rd ...

The challange was getting to where we are. And in improving our game and team each day. Every player, wether they played 1 game or hundreds of games, commited themselves to being a Guardian. Each joined for a different reason, maybe to be part of the Guardian Legacy, maybe they were commited to the destruction of cybernitic life, maybe they (like myself) just liked the motto. For Honor and Justice.

I believe people will play the game if they like it. They will submit to the Meta if they want too. There is life in the Meta. We see new faces every day. Sure it is not the Meta that existed before I joined in but it does still live.

We would not ask Tech to have Stardock delete his profile so there is a better chance of someone else getting to first place so why would anyone quit there Empire to help put yours?

As far as being chickens or not being up to the challange, well I retired my player today, before I read this thread, but I would be happy to go head to head with you. I can create a new profile and it will be game on. We can make the contest most games in a month. Check my profile before you accept though. I will put up at minimum 90 games. I am capable of 9 plus games a day. If that isn't respectable, I don't know what is.

Are you up to the CHALLANGE?

It's been months since I dropped by the Metaverse and interestingly enough, the conversation is still on taking out the Guardians!

I just finished my first GalCiv game in a very long time. Decided to drop back to Challenging just to have a little fun. I submitted it and what do you know, I gained a couple of points!

Hmmm...maybe I'll play another game or two and see what happens. Twenty-two million points is impressive, but I know that more is possible!

I have said this before, but I wish they had sort option where you could sort out all the players who have not posted a game for 30 days.

Then you could just look at the active top players scores and the empire scores just including active players.

That would breath life back into the Meta. Quite frankly I don't care about the 30,000 players scores that last played a year ago.

How about another alt meta of empire scores made up of only active players as defined by having submitted a game in the past 30 days using the same scoring forumla as the meta. Could it be done

I know I have no idea how to do it, but maybe Peace would.

Emperor, you may have been gone long enough so that all you games are in the last block and you will not lose many, if any, points and start gaining again.
