Problem submitting to Metaverse after purchasing TotalGaming.net

Hello all.
I've just purchased a totalgaming.net account using the same e-mail that I used when I just had GalCiv. The problem now is that I can't submit my scores in altarian prophecy to the metaverse. I'm thinking that this may be because I now have a new serial (a totalgaming.net one), and my account here DRavisher isn't updated to this serial or something. I don't think I can make a new account since I used the same e-mail when purchasing the totalgaming.net account as I did when I registered my GalCiv serial.

(Drenging.net was the older name of Totalgaming.net)
