no music or gun sounds

I have my music and other sound effect volume up all the way. All other games work fine except this one. Any know why or know how to fix this?

Silly question but have you verified in the option screen that the music and the sound is on?

Oh yeah I forgot to say that yes I did make sure that I have those options on.

Did you download the media pack? I never heard of this before. NeoTech Games Network http://www.neotechgaming.com Link a galciv fansite and a lot of good players are members.
