I have sound with no music

i had downloaded the updates that were suggested in other post and im still having issue with no music can anyone help so i can enjoy this game

Some suggestions:

-Check for viruses. Who knows?
-Reinstall the game. This should work.

Possibly though, the music might not work because galciv music is in MP3 format. Maybe your computer hates MP3s.
