I was playing the demo (I plan on buying the game online today) and I researched Corvette Technology, and I couldn't build any Corvettes. I know how to build ships; I've built some Colony Ships, Scouts, Star Fighters, etc., but the Corvette didn't show up in the list. Is this because they require another technology, or are they just not in the demo version?

Corvette Technology gives you Corvette in the regular game. I don't know about the demo in detail. But it is on a very old patch level. The game mechanics did change quite a lot since that time.

You stop getting new ships after you research the Star Fighter. Get the full version, I think I saw it for £2 on amazon.co.uk
