Hi all. Ok i can see the problems with this game seem to be common and as the rest of you ive had the same problem the game continually restarting my pc but the sound played find lol. after reading the posts i updated my soundcard driver and the game played fine but with no sound but i was happy to be playing then i decided to do a windows update after that everytime i tryed to enter the game it would just rebbot my pc so i decided to do a full systemt recovery now this is where the nature of my new problem arrises. I went back to stardock central and downloaded the game files wich now turns out to be the new beta 1.03 dont know if this makes any diff anyways once downloaded i clicked on the game file it opened i clicked on play game and all i get is this message.....( The product appears to be validated but the serial number or the machine SID dont match ive sent an email to those concerned but im sitting here getting rather annoyed waiting for an answer to this very buggy game. Thx to this game crashing my pc constantly i eneded up haveing to do this full system restore costing me all my game files music file and anything eles i had on my pc over a years worth of programs and music all gone because of the probs with this game i can honestly say im not impressed because up until this game ive never had any probs like this so now i have a brand new game ive paid for that i cant even get to run because it no longer recognises my pc not sure how to fix this prob cos far as i know nothing changed after system restore cept the fact i gave my pc a new name but i dont see how that would make a diff the actual full computer name is still the same i only changed the name that the prompt gives u the option to change or leave blank as too what it was b4 restore im not sure but it was blank after restore so any help with all these probs would be much appreciated cos im at my wits end trying to get my pc up and running and this @#!$ game installed and running again to be honest id really like my money back either that or they send me the game discs so i can install it that way.

A private comment from me. Overall the Stardock folks are very helpfull and really try to do their best to help their customers. I know that you are disappointed because of your individual experience with the game. But you have a much better chance to get help when you would not flame and call the game buggy etc. At the end the problem is very often found somewhere else and it is simply coincidence.
