i recive a massage when i m suppose to install the game that u shoul make a account on galciv.com n thay will send u the serial now i have what i do
mind it that i m reinstalling the game i already have played nit before?

Isn't your serial number on your cd box? But nevertheless make a stardock.net account, you can then always ask them for your serials if you loose them or download the game without installing it from cd.
