well i guess i might as well ask before i just go out and do it. should i start a new group? ill call it the collective command empire or CCE for short, the purpose of this group will be to unite all those who would do anything in their power to progress humanity, at any cost we push forward, and into the quagmire we swim until we reach what we seak. so, any thoughts? sohuld i or shouldnt i?

Go for it. There is nothing stopping you from going for what you want. Unless you live in a communist country. Then you probably shouldn't be playing this game. Tell me when it is started so I can join!
