Hi it's me again and the subject is Tech Victory. To get Tech Victory you need to do a number of things:
1. Try to stay out of wars
2. Tech Victory takes a lot of time, so you need to stick to it
3. Build all the research social projects without excessing our a planetary and galatic economy limits
4. Grab all the tech resources you can get your hands on
