I am not sure what you are asking for but perhaps these links can help you out.

This one will help determine when you should post your score for maximum metaverse points.

For these to work for you, you need to be part of an empire.

like battle damage, moral or population formulas (or charts)

Battle damage per attack =
(random number from 0 to attack points) - (random number from 0 to target's defence points).
Minimum of zero damage.

Notes:
Ships take turns firing. The attacker fires first. Ships attack one at a time and fight to the death, even if they're in a fleet.
Defensive ships, those with a defence higher than their attack, get a bonus of half their defence to their attack rating when they're the defender.

It's hard to do a chart to calculate morale / population levels...
Morale depends on planet quality, morale-boosting buildings, civilization morale bonus, enemy propaganda, defensive propaganda, tax rate, debt level, any penalty you got from taking a good moral choice during colonization, and population level.

Here are some informations about the population growth calculation.
The population growth of a planet if 3% if morale is more than 54%. If the morale is equal to 100%, the population growth is doubled. The empire growth bonus is applied on the base growth. And everything is capped at 200 Millions.

An example will be clearer, with a 2000 Millions planet and 50% empire wide pop growth bonus:
morale >= 54% --> base growth = 2000*0.03 = 60 population
50% pop growth bonus --> growth = 60 + 60*0.5 = 60*(1.5) = 90.
So if morale is between 54% and 99% we have next month 2090 million people on the planet.
But if morale is 100%, we have 2180 millions population next month.

The minimum population on a planet giving the cap limitation with 3% base growth is given by the formula:
Pop = 200/(0.03*(1+growth bonus/100). And this give the following table:
0 6667
10 6061
20 5556
30 5128
40 4762
50 4444
60 4167
70 3922
80 3704
90 3509
100 3333
110 3175
120 3030
130 2899
140 2778
150 2667

Which means that if you have the aphrodisiac (50% growth bonus) and basic enviromment tech (10% growth bonus and habitat imporvement), as soon as the planet reach with 4167 millions persons, you no longer have to worry about having a 100% morale on this planet for a maximal growth. Having 54% is sufficient. Which is great for taxes.
