How do I beat the mission where I have to culturally assimilate the torians?

beat that level. now I have problems with level 7.

I'm a bit hazy on lvl 6, but if you're not at war with them, crank out constructors like crazy after you've colonized what you can. Work on improving the mining of the influence related resources and cultural related stuff. Trade is also good (for you as well as just the mission)
