Played a tiny map with rare planets and got some answers to questions I had.

* The Alexians will culture flip and they are apparently the only minor that will.
* I finally had a surrender from a defeated major due to warm relationship.
* Made one evil choice (religious sect) and the Altarians went permanently hostile.
* Love being able to tell AI to "kiss my ass".

I also love it when i demend all of the Alterian's Influence points, and they give it to me, saying "Take it, we didnt want it anyways" !!!
